I am blogging after three years. I do not exactly know what kept me away for so long but probably it is the mundane things in life. In the interregnum, I read a lot, traveled, worked out, learned cooking, risks in everyday life and how to be antifragile(NNT),  shifted to a bigger home, bought 4X4, expanded business, went through the pain of losing relations, refreshed Stock picking skills(continuing) by rereading Graham, Buffett among others. I consider my self lucky as I have many passions in life that keep me going, youthful, and fighting fit. I want to share a few experiences on how to stay disease-free and coming from a most polluted Delhi based childhood asthmatic completely cured it should be of help. let me put it via a list of donts( via negativa).

1. Don't overeat: Avoid eating full stomach as it harms more than it benefits coz metabolic system is overloaded and non metabolized food damages key body cells and concomitant brain cells.

2. Don't Eat regular meals: regular eating is the biggest damage in modernity because the body is unable to metabolize linear eating effectively and often stores excess food as fat cells which cause obesity and modern lifestyle diseases. The best way to get rid of this problem is to fast for 12 to 15 hours by taking your dinner before sunsets and breakfast after 10 am. While you fast, your body feasts on the bad protein cells and other unwanted elements inside the system. This is an ancient way and rejuvenates the body immediately. If you have followed it you can rarely go back on it.

3. Don't be Sedentary: Living an active life avoids many ailments. While one can exercise any time, I recently discovered the magic of night exercise two to three hours post-dinner. The problem with day exercise is that we feel hungry post-workout and binge thereby atrophying the gains. In the night workout, we sleep post-workout and the process of body cleansing begins in true fasting style. This is very difficult to attain in day workouts unless you are a devout and fast religiously which most of us are not.

4. Avoid Carbs and Processed foods: Carbs get digested slow and we stay lethargic. So eat more non-carbs and natural food as much as possible and whenever possible.

5. Don't Self Medicate: If there is a problem consult a healthy elderly person and avoid paid consultancy as it rarely helps. The wisdom of our elders will surprise you if you have not followed it.

I am done. shall appreciate your empirical feedback. Many thnx for reading me
