Hi, I am Neeraj Mahajan and I love to write on anything that I feel passionate about. Health and fitness are key to all the other goodies in life. I recapitulate here my personal journey to achieve good health and fitness with its concomitant lasting benefits viz:

3 SIMPLE WAYS TO GET A SLIM WAISTLINE

A. LINK YOUR OUTDOOR CHORES WITH SLOW WALKING/ CYCLING

B. STRETCH YOURSELF ON A MONKEY LADDER/ CRUNCHES

C. AVOID EXCESS CARBS. CONSUME NATURALLY.

                                                                  A.

                                                                    A NATURE WALK

Do you go out to buy groceries or veggies or drop your kid at the school bus stop? Link it to your walking if you do. This simple link will ensure you walk daily come what may. I can't write enough about the benefits of walking as we are genetically hard-wired to walk as much as we can. As a kid, I grew up listening to the famous Japanese saying walk 10000 steps a day for good health. It resonates within me. Walking is a great balancer in so far as it cuts down the overall excess body fat. If you want a flat waistline, it ain't enough though

                                                                          B.

Are you the type who doesn't like to lift weights be at home or the gym? Do you aspire to a flat waistline? Yes, then go out and stretch on a monkey ladder.  Swinging on a monkey ladder stretches the abdominal shoulder and dorsal muscles. It sets in motion catabolism, anabolism, and many other muscular benefits.

Start it with 10 minutes and iterate after a recovery period of 3 to 6 days. It will transform your waistline within a year's time. That alone is not complete without the below mentioned

                                                               C.

North Indian food abounds in a mouth-watering fried platter. As a guest, I am appalled many times when served with Kachoris, Samosas, Bread Pakoras. Very many families have perpetually morbid people yet they gorge on these delicacies. It increases their blood sugar leading to increased insulin levels in the bloodstream. This excess insulin gets stored as body fat leading to obesity. If unchecked, it can morph into Type2 Diabetes which is a serial killer. How much Carb to eat to get a slim waistline and avoid damage to self is important learning.
